  • Service charge expenditure is kept constantly under control. This enables the rents to be maximised. It also makes the property more attractive at the time of re-letting.
  • Rent collection is kept up to date. Any arrears are actively managed.
  • All properties are regularly inspected by us. Trusted tradesmen are used for contract work.

Our specialist Management Company has undergone significant change over the last twelve months. Teresa Leverton brings in accounting expertise to work alongside Claire Hodgson and Ian Power. Accounting has become a large part of the smooth running of our client’s investment portfolios and Buildings Servicecharge accounts.

As a company regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) the practices and systems of Cyan Power Commercial Property Management Limited have been the subject of external audit. We have implemented the auditor’s recommendations in full to enable ‘Best Practice’ to be observed throughout our Management business.
